In your first visit we'll talk about your symptoms and use different diagnostic techniques such as pulse and tongue diagnosis to understand what's happening inside your body that's causing and manifesting as symptoms. You'll then receive a tailor-made treatment according to your personalized diagnosis. A number of techniques such as acupressure massage, moxibustion therapy, gua-sha massage or auricular therapy may be used according to your needs. You'll also receive lifestyle advice to learn ways you can bring your body into balance more quickly. After a session you'll feel completely rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. It's advisable to wear comfortable clothing to your session, and to make sure you drink plenty of water before and afterwards for the treatment to be as effective as possible.
