Acupoint therapy treats a number of conditions, such as pain and muscular tension, digestive issues, sleep disorders, low energy, pregnancy symptoms, hormonal imbalances, infertility, PTSD, anxiety/depression, allergies and respiratory issues, among others. At your first visit, we'll go through a health questionnaire and talk about your symptoms as well as use different diagnostic techniques such as pulse and tongue diagnosis to understand what's happening inside your body that's at the root of your symptoms. You'll then receive a tailor-made treatment according to your personalized diagnosis. A number of additional techniques such as moxibustion therapy, gua-sha massage or auricular therapy may be used according to your needs. You'll also receive lifestyle advice to learn ways you can move your body into balance more quickly. The first visit lasts from 75 to 90 minutes and costs €95*. At your follow-up sessions we'll first briefly discuss any changes in symptoms and then check your pulse and tongue. After seeing where your body is at, we'll proceed with your tailor-made treatment to continue clearing out stuck energy and helping balance your organ systems. Each session builds on the previous one, to bring your body's organ systems and energy flow back into a state of health and balance. Each follow-up visit lasts one hour and costs €70 for acupuncture, €80 for acupuncture plus cupping or massage as needed. After each session you'll feel completely rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. It's advisable to wear comfortable clothing to your session, and to make sure you drink plenty of water before and afterwards for the treatment to be as effective as possible. *Prices stated apply to sessions at Subaugusta center location.
